How to deactivate an offer

To deactivate an offer go to Setup -> Stores which you will find at the bottom of the page under Admin.

Next, you will be redirected to this page. Click on the store name you have set.

Deselect the Live Processing box and hit Save.

To reactivate a product, go back to this page and reselect Live Processing and then hit Save.
