How to add a coupon

A coupon is a ticket or document that can be redeemed for a financial discount or rebate when purchasing a product.

To set up a coupon for your product, navigate to Setup -> Coupons (under Fulfillment). 

Then click on Add New:

Create your coupon code here. Select the type, code, maximum number available, discount type, value, and the start and end date of the coupon. 

Pro tip: Leave it on “Coupon Type” “Orders” because you will not need to apply it to each individual product. 

Once you have the coupon details entered, hit Save and notify your Account Manager.
