Insights Dashboard

Use the Insights section of the Dashboard to see a high level overview of your account. It can be found under Dashboard -> Insights tab.

The Insights section will show you total sales, number of new visitors and customers, conversion rate, average customer lifetime value (LTV), top referrers by visitor, and checkout conversion rate by the date range selected. 

The Insights section defaults to “All Products” in a vendor’s account. To view Insights by product click “All Products” in the upper left hand corner:

Then, select the product(s) you’d like to see Insights for.

The Insights section is great for a 10,000 foot view of your account. It allows you to see dips or increases in conversion rate and customer lifetime value, for example.
