Payments Tab

As a vendor, you can access important payment information from the Payments tab in your account. 

Payments Tab

This area will show you any processed, pending, or returned payments to your account from BuyGoods. You will be able to click on each item that appears here and see a detailed breakdown of the orders that went into that pay period. 

Transactions 

This details each transaction made regarding your account. It will break down each sale that is made and any amounts that come out of it (ex: allowances and commissions).

Allowances 

This will show you what allowances were held from every sale. You can also select “Released” to show when allowances from sales were released to be paid out to your account.  The "Trace Payments" button will send a message to [email protected] if you have a question about a particular payment.

Payments Heading 

This provides a quick look at important payment information. Sales last 90 days: How much money you’ve earned in the last 90 days.

Avg. Refund Rate: The account’s average refund rate in the last 90 days 

Balance: How much you are currently owed for upcoming payments

Allowance: This number shows the allowance for 90 days.
